Know Your Leaders Episode III, with Elder Cheong Hee Kiat.

Elder Hee Kiat was formerly Dean of School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at NTU, and and has served as an Elder, mentor, and Care Group leader at GBC. He is now President of SIM University.

On this programme, college students live, play, work and learn with other students. Each person works a fulltime job at the world renowned Sea World in Florida, and also participates in evangelistic outreaches, Bible studies, fellowship, discipleship groups and much more. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow in faith, and will only cost our Baptist young adults S$500, not including airfare and visa fees. The allowance from working at Sea World will be sufficient to cover all expenses incurred, including food and airfare.

In conjunction with GBC's own missionaries Desmond and Wendy, we're heading to Indonesia with other members in the congregation to organize the first ever Vacation Bible School outside of Singapore. This is a wonderful opportunity to interact and share the gospel with children who are coming to study the Word of God in a fun and interactive environment. We estimate that as many as 500 children may attend.
